What types of Xbox subscriptions exist?

There are 5 types of Xbox subscriptions:

• Xbox Live Gold
• Xbox Game Pass for Console
• Xbox Game Pass for PC
• Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
• Xbox All Access

What is Xbox Live Gold?

With Xbox Live Gold subscription:

• you can play multiplayer games on Xbox console
• you will get 2 free games every month on Xbox console
  • they announce every month which games are for free
  • you need to activate game in time and then you can keep game forever (but only while subscription is active)
  • when your subscription ends, you will not be able to play these games (if you don't own them) but if you activate subscription later, all games will be back active
• you will have special discounts for selected games in store regularly
• you can play selected games for free (Free Play Days), they change games regularly

What is Xbox Game Pass for Console?

With Xbox Game Pass for Console subscription:

• you can play over 100 games on Xbox console
  • they promise you 100 games, but there are over 400 games
  • you can find list of games here
  • it includes EA Play membership (for console)

What is Xbox Game Pass for PC?

With Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription:

• you can play over 100 games on PC
  • they promise you 100 games, but there are over 400 games
  • you can find list of games here
  • it includes EA Play membership (only for PC)

What is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription:

• you will have all subscriptions mentioned earlier
  • Xbox Live Gold
  • Xbox Game Pass for Console
  • Xbox Game Pass for PC
• you can play (many Game Pass games) on cloud (Xbox Cloud Gaming)
  • on Windows PC (with gamepad)
  • on mobile (with gamepad)
  • on mobile (with touch controls)

What is Xbox All Access?

With Xbox All Access subscription:

• it's subscription for 24 months
• you will get Xbox console
  • you can choose console (Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X)
• you will have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (with all subscriptions mentioned earlier)

  • Xbox Game Pass for Console
